Dubai-Mubasher: Arabtec Construction, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding, was awarded an AED 1.1 billion ($300 million) contract to build a twin-towers residential development in central Dubai, according to a bourse statement.
Comprising 50-storey towers, the project includes residential apartments with a total built up area of more than 227,800 square metres.
Dubai Financial Market (DFM) suspended trading on Arabtec’s stock by 11:14am UAE time.
