Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Arada finalised the infrastructure and sales of the first and second phases of Nasma Residences in Sharjah, Al Khaleej newspaper quoted Arada chairman Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi as saying.
The first phase will be completely delivered in 2018, Al Qasimi added.
Since its launch in March 2017, the project attracted a great deal of interest from various investors.
The project comprises 800 residential units with sizes varying from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet.
