Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Arada for real estate development on Wednesday stated that it has launched mega housing project Aljada in Sharjah at a total value of AED 24 billion.
The project’s is situated on 2.2 square kilometres, according to a company statement.
The company added that the project’s construction phases will begin as of the first season of 2018.
The project will be delivered in phases starting 2019 and will be completed by 2025, as per the company.
Arada forecast that the project’s residents will amount to 70,000, including visitors, after its completion.
The project contains a variety of flats, separate and semi-separate villas, in addition to townhouses and two parks.
