Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) announced on Tuesday that as of today, no price stabilisation transactions have been executed.
Aramco chose Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia as stabilizing manager for the recent initial public offering (IPO), which was the largest in the world.
It is worth noting that the stabilisation period is set to end no later than 9 January 2020, with the period from 11 December 2019 to 9 January 2020 identified as the stabilisation period.
