Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Aramco has appointed three new senior vice-presidents, including Mohammed Al-Qahtani as head of upstream operations, starting 1 January 2016, OKAZ newspaper reported .
Mohammad Al-Saggaf was named as senior vice president for operations and business services, while Ahmad Al-Sa'adi was appointed as head of technical services.
Al-Qahtani, Al-Saggaf and Al-Sa'adi were all serving their positions on an acting basis.
