Aramco hires Moelis & Co. as IPO advisor
Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Aramco appointed Moelis & Co. as the advisor for its initial public offering, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.
The news agency added that the chosen bank takes New York as its headquarters.
In September, Saudi Aramco said that it would choose a financial advisor to manage its IPO from a number of financial firms and banks, including Rothschild & Co., Lazard Ltd. and Moelis & Co.
