Riyadh – Mubasher: Amin Al Nasser, CEO of Saudi Aramco, on Tuesday said that his company invests more than $1 billion in the technology field.
“Saudi Aramco’s technology focuses on ultra-clean oil and gas and Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage technologies”, Al Nasser added, on the sidelines of Future Investment Initiative (FII) 2017.
The company’s efforts to increase the energy sector’s greater efficiency through localization and an emphasis on renewables likewise are growth engines for taking the economy beyond oil, CEO added.
