Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Aramco’s board of director has designated Nabeel A. Al Mansour as a general counsel and corporate secretary starting from the first of May 2016, according to a press release by Aramco.
Previously, he had occupied a number of prominent positions, most importantly the executive director and then vice president of Materials Supply where he was responsible for overseeing the corporate supply chain, contracting activities, and Saudi Aramco’s global materials logistics operations.
Moreover, the Kingdom’s Natural Gas Investment Initiative assigned Al Mansour as a legal advisor in 2003. In 2007, he led the legal team for negotiating the renewal of the oil concession agreement between the Saudi government and Chevron. In addition, Al Mansour headed “the team that supported the development of Sadara”, according to the press release.
