Aramco’s CEO rules out issuing fresh bonds in 2019

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Co, known globally as Saudi Aramco, is not planning to issue more bonds in 2019, the oil giant’s CEO Amin Nasser told Al Arabiya on Thursday on the sideline of the Financial Sector Conference (FSC) held in Riyadh.

Earlier in April, the global rating agency Moody's Investors Service assigned a first-time ‘A1’ long-term issuer rating to Saudi Aramco, with a ‘Stable’ outlook.

It is noteworthy that the world’s largest oil producer and most profitable firm raised $12 billion in its first-ever international bond issue after receiving more than $100 billion in orders.
