Riyadh – Mubasher: Yasref refining, jointly owned by Saudi Aramco and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec), will be undergoing a temporary shutdown for maintenance reasons, Alriyadh newspaper reported.
The refining will resume operation in mid-December 2016.
Yasref closure will not affect supplies of refined oil products to local and international markets, despite the 400,000 barrel per day (bpd) of oil produced by the refining.
