Aramco to spend near $300bn in upstream oil, gas projects in next 10yrs – Reuters

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Co, known globally as Saudi Aramco plans to spend about $300 billion in upstream oil and gas projects in the coming ten years, Reuters on Monday reported, citing the CEO, Amin Nasser as saying.

“This is mainly upstream, onshore, offshore and joint ventures (JVs) in the kingdom and out of the kingdom,” the agency added.

Regarding the planned initial public offering (IPO) of Aramco, Nasser stated that the firm hope to specify which stock exchange will be chosen for the IPO.

The Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, said previously that the IPO is on track to be implemented in 2018.
