Riyadh – Mubasher: Aramco Trading Company, the subsidiary of state-run Saudi Aramco, has expected that its oil trade will increase by six million barrels per day (bpd) or 50% in 2020, a top official stated on Monday during the Asia Pacific Petroleum Conference (APPEC).
Aramco’s unit is currently in discussions for launching trade liquefied natural gas (LNG) through its branch in Singapore, CEO and President Ibrahim Al-Buainain said, according to Reuters.
Al-Buainain further noted that his company is looking to inaugurate an office in Geneva or London, in addition to an office in Fujairah to manage oil reserves.
On Thursday, 20 September, Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer announced cooperation with large global auto manufacturers to conduct research programmes for developing new fuel and engines.
