Dubai – Mubasher: Aramex said its board approved renewing the commercial liability insurance policy with Emirates Insurance Company, according to a bourse statement.
The logistics firm’s chairman Abdullah Al Mazrui abstained from voting on this matter, being a conflicted party, as he currently serves as the chairman of the insurance company.
The board also approved the appointment of Ahmed Fahour as the managing director and CEO of Australia Post in his capacity as a representative of Australia Post Transaction Services.
