Dubai – Mubasher: Aramex on Sunday said its board of directors will meet on 3 May to discussion the 25% acquisition of a partner’s stake in one of its subsidiaries in Egypt.
The Dubai-listed courier owns 75% of Aramex Mashreq For Logistics Services in Egypt.
The board will also discuss several possible partnerships involving Fadi Sarieddine Design Studio, WAMDA Ventures JLT and an educational group.
Aramex’s share fell 2.06% after one hour of trading on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday to AED 3.33, as 2,660 shares were traded at a turnover of AED 8,840.
