Dubai-Mubasher: Fadi Ghandour, the co-founder of Aramex, sold all his remaining shares in Levant Logistics Holdings to Boson Ventures Corporation, according to a bourse statement.
The holding company owns 9.9% stake in Aramex, totalling 144.9 million shares.
Aramex’s stock rose 3.5% to AED 4.14 by 11:20am UAE time after generating AED 11.87 million from the exchange of 2.88 million shares.
