Dubai – Mubasher: Aramex said its shareholders gave the go-ahead to 16% cash dividends, equivalent to 16 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total approved dividends amount to AED 234 million.
The company’s budget and financial reports for FY16 were approved.
The shareholders also set the last day for participation at 29 March, with the record date determined at 2 April.
