Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Aramex has approved to distribute 16.5% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2018.
Aramex, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), will pay 16.5 fils to the entitled shareholders for FY18, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The company’s capital stands at AED 1.464 billion distributed on 1.464 billion shares at a par value of AED 1 each.
Therefore, Aramex will pay a total of AED 241.6 million dividends to the shareholders, according to data compiled by Mubasher.
The last dividend date is set on 17 April, while the maturity date for the cash dividend will be on 21 April.
During FY18, Aramex achieved a growth of 13% year-on-year in net profit to AED 492.6 million.
