Riyadh - Mubasher: A judgment issued by an arbitration Panel has stipulated that zain shall pay SAR219.464 million to Mobily.
The judgment comes in respect to the dispute between both Mobile Telecommunications Company Saudi Arabia (Zain)and Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), said a bourse filling.
The panel also stated that, Mobily and Zain shall pay SAR1.160 million each to the expert appointed by the Arbitration Panel.
Zain noted that the judgment won't have a negative financial impact on its financials since it had previously made sufficient provision to cover the full amount awarded by the Arbitration Panel
