Mubasher: Areej Vegetable Oils and Derivatives invited its shareholders to an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 8 February 2017.
The EGM will consider and approve the conversion from a public joint stock company to a closed joint stock firm, according to a bourse statement release on Monday.
