Mubasher: Areej Vegetable Oils and Derivatives Company’s said Tuesday that its board of directors decided to convert the company from a general Omani joint stock to a closed joint stock company.
The shift is still subjected to the approvals of shareholder, regulatory and creditor, according to a bourse filing.
