Kuwait – Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate’s profits for the second quarter ended 30 April 2017 declined by 61.2% to KWD 400,470 ($1.3 million), compared to KWD 1.03 million ($3.4 million) for the same quarter last year.
In the first half of fiscal year 2016/2017, net profits decreased to KWD 1.30 million from KWD 1.79 million for the same period last year, a bourse filing said on Wednesday.
The company had earlier posted a net profit of KWD 903,460 for Q1-16/17.
