Kuwait – Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate said it signed a prenuptial contract to buy two properties worth KWD 5.88 million.
The financial impact of the new contract will be reflected at the company’s financials upon receiving the two buildings and leasing them completely.
The real estate firm reported net profits of KWD 1.023 million by the end of the second quarter of 2016, up by 257.2% from KWD 289.06 at the same period of the previous year.
