Kuwait – Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate signed a deal worth KWD 6 million, according to a bourse statement issued Tuesday.
The deal includes three initial agreements to purchase three properties that are still in interior final finishing operations.
Arkan clarified that it would rent the buildings; thus, the financial impact will be registered in the coming fiscal year.
