Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate announced the establishment of its new company Arkan for Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Contracting.
The new entity has a capital standing at KWD 1 million, according to a bourse statement disclosed on Sunday.
The financial impact from launching this new company will impact the consolidated income statements of fiscal year 2017/2018.
In the third quarter ended on 31 July 2017, Arkan Al Kuwait reported a growth of 5.1% in profits to 2.91 million ($9.69 million) from KWD 2.77 million ($9.22 million) in the same quarter last year.
