Kuwait-Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate reported a 257.23% growth in the second quarter ended 30 April, according to a bourse statement.
Profits reached KWD 1.03 million ($3.41 million) in Q2-16, compared to KWD 289,060 ($953,380) in Q2-15.
Operating revenues rose by 180.25% to KWD 1.32 million in Q2-16.
Real estate sales reached KWD 750,000, representing 56.8% of the company’s total operating revenues.
