Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate said it will achieve an annual income of KWD 162,840 or 8.7% from purchasing a property, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
On Wednesday, Arkan announced the purchase of a property for investment purposes in Sabah Al Salem area in Kuwait for KWD 1.87 million.
However, Arkan Al Kuwait noted in Wednesday’s bourse filing that no financial impact will affect the company’s position following the purchase deal.
