Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate reported a decline of 73.4% in earnings during the six-month period ended on 30 April 2019 when compared to the same period last year.
Earnings shrank to about KWD 601,640 ($1.98 million) in the first half ended in April this year from KWD 2.26 million ($7.45 million) in the corresponding period in 2018, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The decrease in profits is attributed to lower income from selling investment properties.
