Kuwait-Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate has signed a preliminary contract to sell a property in Kuwait’s Hawalli for KWD 1.95 million ($6.47 million), according to a statement.
A net profit worth KWD 640,000 ($2.12 million) will result from the sale deal, and will be registered in the fiscal year 2016.
