Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Arkan Building Materials said its board decided on the final closure of Emirates Cement Factory, according to a bourse statement.
This step came after the significant price increases in gas and electricity from 1 January.
The board approved financial statements for fiscal year 2016.
The company’s board set the shareholders’ meeting on 27 April.
