Kuwait - Mubasher: Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate has signed an initial contract to buy a land lot in West of Abu Fatira Al-Herafia for KWD 3.9 million ($12.9 million), according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday that the financial effect and returns of the transaction will be identified later.
