Riyadh – Mubasher: Arriyadh Development Co. sold 35% of its stake in the land located in North East of Riyadh for SAR 401.1 million, according to a bourse filing.
The sum received on Thursday is a result from the company’s subscription in Riyadh Real Estate Development Fund I, which was established by Alinma Investment.
Arriyadh participated in the fund for SAR 573 million in March, equivalent to a stake representing 50% of its 85% stake in the land.
