Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general assembly of Arriyadh Development Company has elected a new board of directors for the coming term ending 24 June 2022.
Tariq bin Abdulaziz Al Faris has been appointed as the company’s chairman, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
Ali Abdulaziz Al Khodery has been hired as the firm’s vice chairman.
It is worth noting that Arriyadh Development reported a 16.73% year-on-year profit decline in the first quarter of 2019, recording SAR 42.8 million.
