Riyadh – Mubasher: The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a leading international serviced residence owner-operator, has signed a new deal to open its seventh residence in Saudi Arabia, in partnership with Nebras Tourism Company.
The under-construction Citadines Al Aziziyah Al Khobar will be open by late 2021 as part of Ascott’s plans to expand in the kingdom, according to the company’s statement.
The new residence will include 36 studio apartments, 25 one-bedroom apartments, and 30 two-bedroom apartments, along with a 157-square metre penthouse.
“In the four years since [Ascott] launched [its] first property in KSA [the company has] established a market-leading presence with an expanding portfolio of international-standard properties in key destinations,” Ascott’s regional general manager for Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, Vincent Miccolis, said.
He added, “Citadines Al Aziziyah Al Khobar will appeal to both business and leisure travellers who seek modern comforts, business connectivity and customised services."
