Dubai – Mubasher: The Ascott, a leading international serviced residence owner-operators, revealed its intentions to add 1,650 residential units to its portfolio by 2020.
The Ascott's GCC-operated units reached 1,763 units in the first quarter of 2019, it said in a statement.
The group is working on completing 11 hotels in several GCC members, the firm revealed, noting that six of the planned hotels will be in Saudi Arabia, comprising a total of 1,638 units, with the rest to be established across the UAE and Oman, in addition to Ghana.
Ascott is looking to raise its portfolio to 5,000 residential units by 2020, it said.
