Cairo – Mubasher: Asek Company for Mining unveiled that it spent around EGP 112 million of the proceeds of its latest capital increase.
The remaining amount of the capital increase proceeds amount to EGP 8 million.
Earlier, Asek raised its capital from EGP 350 million to EGP 470 million, up by EGP 120 million distributed across 12 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
The company is capitalized at EGP 470 million disturbed across 47 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
