Mubasher: The Qatari Public Works Authority (Ashghal) on Wednesday announced its estimated budget for infrastructure and buildings projects at QAR 21.8 billion for 2018.
The budget will include highway projects worth QAR 11.08 billion, as well as infrastructure, and drainage projects at QAR 8.88 billion and QAR 1.84 billion, respectively according to Ashghal’s statement.
Qatar’s prime minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani called for completing the current projects as scheduled, prioritising infrastructure projects, in addition to projects for the World Cup 2022.
