Mubasher: Asian stocks finished Wednesday’s trading on a negative note amid a upward wave for oil and neighbored markets
Japan’s Nikkei fell 0.4% to the level of 17,290 points.
The broader TOPIX index also went down by 0.5% to 1,384 points.
Japanese stocks affected negatively by the rise of yen against dollar by 0.1%. Thus, U.S. dollar moved back to 109.3 yens according to data by Market Watch at 7:40 GMT.
China’s Shanghai closed 0.34% lower to 2,954.48 points.
Asian stocks ended Tuesday’s trading session on a mixed note as the Japanese declined and the Chinese rose.
