Asian stocks close in red Mubasher: Asian stock markets saw a bearish performance on Friday.
Japan’s Nikkei index fell 1.09% to reach 1,6672.25 points, while the broader Topix index went down 0.9%.
Similarly, Taiwan’s TAIEX index retreated 0.5%.
