Mubasher: Asian stocks closed Tuesday’s trading session on a mixed note amid a fall in oil prices and an increase in Yen’s value.
At 7:35am GMT, Yen rose by 0.6% to reach 110.6 per dollar.
Japan's Nikkei stock average fell 2.4% to 15732.8 points, recording the lowest level since the mid of February.
The broader Topix index declined 2.6% to 1,268.3 points.
China's Shanghai composite index rose 1.46% to 3,052.78 points.
Hnag Seng index closed 1.8% lower.
