Riyadh – Mubasher: United Wire Factories Company’s (Aslak) board approved distributing SAR 35.1 million or SAR 1 per share in cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2020.
The distributions represent 10% of the share’s nominal value, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders on 21 February 2021, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The dividends will be paid on 3 March 2021.
In 2020, Aslak logged net profits of SAR 62.1 million, up by 181% when compared to SAR 22.1 million in 2019.
