Riyadh – Mubasher: United Wire Factories Company’s (Aslak) board recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the six-month period ended 30 June worth SAR 1 per shares representing 10% of the share’s par value and totaling SAR 43.88 million.
Registered shareholders at the end of trading on Thursday, 28 July will be entitled to receive the dividends, according to a bourse filing.
