Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: International Fish Farming Holding (Asmak) posted a plunge of 95% in net profits for the second quarter of 2016 as compared to the same period in 2015.
Earnings declined to AED 4.03 million ($1.1 million) in Q2-16 compared with AED 81.32 million ($22.13 million) in Q2-15, according to a bourse statement.
During the first half of 2016, Asmak posted an 81.8% drop in profits to AED 16.49 million from AED 90.54 million in the same half of 2015.
