Riyadh – Mubasher: Ataa Educational Company has signed a 10-year deal to lease a fully serviced educational building valued at SAR 70.5 million.
Spread over an area of 13,200 square metres, the building is located in Riyadh, according to the company’s recent statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Signing the deal comes within the company’s plans to convert its schools under the Tadaroj program into model educational entities.
The deal was signed on Monday, 4 November.
The financial impact of the deal will be reflected on the company’s financials of the second half of FY 2020, ending 31 July.
