Kuwait – Mubasher: The Kuwaiti bourse said that an auction will be held on 20 October for selling Americana’s 268.496 million shares, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.
Earlier today, National Investments said it submitted a request to execute a 5% selling and buying of Americana’s shares between Adeptio and Al Khair.
On Wednesday, National Investments also said that a client has authorised it to purchase 268.496 million shares of Americana.
