Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Aurora Real Estate Development unveiled the completion of its AED 168 million Hyati Residence project located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle.
Hyati Residence features around 122 apartments and 20 townhouses, of which only seven units are available for sale, according to a press release.
The property developer has started the construction of the project's second phase as nearly 103 units and 10 townhouses will be built to be delivered by December 2019.
“We are also set to deliver a new apartment complex called Lyra by Aurora, in Warsan 4 close to Academic City, specifically catering to young professionals and students,” CEO of Aurora Cian Farah said.
“To date, Aurora has completed projects valued at AED 275 million, consisting of Hyati Residence, Ritz Residence, and F01, with another AED 238 million under construction, namely Hyati Avenue and Lyra by Aurora,” Farah continued.
It is worth noting that Aurora Real Estate, along with ECC Renovations, partnered up with its strategic partners, including Engineering Contracting Company (ECC), Abanos Interior Fit-out and Joinery, CoreServ Facilities Management, Prime Metal Industries (PMI), and United Masters Electromechanical (UME).
