Dubai – Mubasher: Avani Hotels & Resorts announced that it has signed an agreement to launch its third hotel in Dubai named Avani Hotel Suites & Branded Residences.
Established by Al Fahim Group, the 48-story hotel contains 527 guestrooms with 263 Avani residences and 264 Avani serviced apartments, it added.
The new hotel was designed by US-based AECOM, while it is expected to be opened by 2020, the Thailand-based hospitality group said in a statement, giving no further details on the cost of the project.
“The impressive AVANI Hotel Suites & Branded Residences will be our third property in Dubai, signalling the brand’s steady growth in the region as well as around the world,” said AVANI Hotels & Resorts vice president Alejandro Bernabe.
AVANI Hotels & Resorts currently has 23 properties in operation in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Seychelles, Mozambique, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, the UAE, Portugal, with the brand launching most recently in Australia, New Zealand and Laos.
