Cairo – Mubasher: Remco for Tourism Villages Construction said Wednesday that its president Ayoub Adly Ayoub bought 45.166 million shares from Tatsiana Ayoub Adly, according to a bourse filing.
By this deal, Ayoub’s stake in the company rose to 32.7% from 14.5%, while Tatsiana’s moved down to 40.38%.
The deal was carried out at an average price of EGP 1.4 a share, totaling EGP 64.588 million.
