Riyadh – Mubasher: The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Ayyan Investment Company, on 17 June 2026, approved the financial performance for the 2025 fiscal year.
The assembly also approved the appointment of PKF Al Bassam and Co. as the external auditor for the upcoming financial periods, covering the remainder of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.
A primary focus of the agenda was the formal review and discussion of the company’s performance for the 2025 fiscal year.
Shareholders reviewed the Board of Directors’ report and the audited financial statements for that period.
Following these discussions, the assembly voted to approve the auditor’s report for the 2025 fiscal year and to grant a formal discharge of liability to the members of the Board of Directors for their management and actions during the 2025 fiscal year.
In a key resolution regarding future financial oversight, the assembly approved the appointment of PKF Al-Bassam and Co. (Certified Public Accountants) as the company’s external auditor. This selection was made from among the proposed candidates based on a formal recommendation from the Audit Committee.
The newly appointed firm is mandated to perform the examination, review, and audit of the company’s financial statements for the second and third quarters of 2026, the full-year 2026 results, and the first quarter of 2027. The total professional fees for these auditing services were set at SAR 545,000.
Meanwhile, this assembly marks the completion of the company's regulatory reporting requirements for the previous fiscal year.
By securing shareholder approval for past performance and establishing a clear mandate for future auditing, Ayyan Investment continues to align its operations with the corporate governance standards mandated by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA).
