Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Development has announced that its AED 255 million Farishta Azizi project is slated for completion by the end of 2018.
Works are carried out as planned, as finishing works, mechanical, and electrical installations reaching the eighth floor, according to a company statement.
“We aim to progress towards completing an additional five projects by the end of the year, including Farishta Azizi, in line with our construction-focused strategy,” Azizi Group’s chairman Mirwais Azizi commented.
Farishta Azizi comprises 284 residential apartments featuring 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom units, and 23 two-bedroom units – along with a total retail space of 669 square metres.
“With this project, we are looking to deliver fantastic design, convenient access to public transport and a range of amenities, as well as high return on investment for our home buyers and investors,” Azizi said.
