Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments announced recording an “overwhelming response” for its residential projects during the three-day Cityscape Global 2018 event.
“The bargain deals offered by Azizi bring exceptional value for customers, who can avail a 0% Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee on first instalments for select projects,” Azizi said in a statement.
It added that the DLD fee stands at 4% of the property’s total value, the developer revealed, indicating that “the decision to waive the fee could translate to significant savings for buyers.”

Azizi Developments is showcasing Al Furjan projects, namely: Azizi Plaza, Azizi Star, Shaista Azizi, Farishta Azizi and Samia Azizi, in addition to other projects including Azizi Mina at Palm Jumeirah, and Azizi Aliyah Residence, Farhad Azizi Residence and Azizi Fawad Residence in Dubai Healthcare City at Cityscape Global.
“We’re the biggest exhibitor since the start of Cityscape! We still have more today,” Azizi said on Wednesday.
Azizi Group chairman Mirwais Azizi said that Cityscape Global acted as an “excellent platform” for the company and reaffirmed the emirate of Dubai’s attractiveness to home buyers and investors alike.

At the mega real estate event, “Azizi is also offering attractive payment plans, reduced service charges and a waiver for the first year for selected projects. Through a tie-up with Dubai Islamic Bank, Azizi is also providing instant mortgage pre-approvals at its stand,” the group added in a statement.
Cityscape Global 2018 commenced on Tuesday, 2 October and ends on Thursday, 4 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
